Refund Policy

Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

  • Good does not meet the purchaser's specific personalization request;

  • Good that is lost or stolen and there is no record of delivery.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Personalized per the purchaser's description.
     

Returns
Returns can be only made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Request a return authorization via email to be included in your package.  Buyer pays all shipping charges.
